Began his culinary career in Paris and acquired his diploma at "Leiths School" in London.
He started at "La Gavroche"
restaurant of the famous French Roux brothers in London. From there he continued to develop into new worlds including Italian and Spanish cuisine and gained a full education in pastry to have a full comprehensive picture as a cooking professional.
Hillel's resume in Israel is rich and impressive, in 2014 he was Head Chef at Pastel Restaurant, which became one of the leading restaurants in Tel-Aviv.
